Cut their landing-page launch time from 3 weeks to 2 days.
Jan 14, 2026
Northwind ships a freight-routing dashboard across six EU markets. The previous bespoke landing took three weeks per locale; the template let them swap copy and ship.
The problem
Northwind sells into freight networks across DE, FR, ES, NL, IT, and PL. Every new market needed a landing page, an updated FAQ, and a separate price grid. Their first three launches took three weeks each — almost all of it spent re-implementing layout work.
They wanted a template that already understood "this page in six languages," not a page they had to wrap in i18n after the fact.
The shift
After forking the template they edited only `template.config.ts`, `src/locales/en.ts`, and the section ordering in `app/(public)/page.tsx`. Two days later the DE launch was live; the other five followed within ten days.
They kept the Theme Studio enabled so the marketing team could try a new brand color without a redeploy.
What stuck
The Stripe webhook idempotency design ended up replacing their internal billing reconciliation job. The audit log feeds their compliance review.
We stopped writing landing-page CSS for a quarter. The template covered every locale we needed and the admin panel was the same week.
